Playful Shoe Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Playful Shoe purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Returns
You may return most new, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your account on playfulshoe.com and visit your order history to start the return process.
  2. Alternatively, visit our online returns portal.
  3. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. All returns must have an RMA number to be accepted.

Return Conditions & Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached and in the original shoe box. The shoe box is considered part of the product.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
    • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
    • Gift cards.
    • Any item not purchased directly from playfulshoe.com.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and inspected at our warehouse after it is received. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The timing of the refund posting depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Playful Shoe is not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. The refund will be for the product price only, in US Dollars.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund upon receipt and inspection.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Sale items are refunded at the final sale price. Please note that promotional discounts may be prorated on returns for partial orders, which could affect the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after we confirmed receipt of your return, please check with your bank first, as there is often a processing delay. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, including clearance merchandise, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
