Playful Shoe Shipping Policy
At Playful Shoe, we are dedicated to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and options for both domestic and international orders.
International Shipping
Playful Shoe now offers shipping to select countries, including Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Philippines.
- Shipping Cost & Delivery: International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your destination and selected service level (Economy or Priority). All charges will be displayed and charged in US Dollars at checkout. A signature is required upon delivery for all international orders.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not collected by Playful Shoe and will not appear on our invoice. Your carrier (e.g., FedEx) will contact you regarding any fees due prior to final delivery.
Important Policies for All Shipments
- PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
- Shipment Insurance & Lost Packages: We strongly recommend protecting your order. We have partnered with Route to offer shipping insurance that protects against loss, damage, or theft. You can add this coverage during checkout. Playful Shoe is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after a carrier has confirmed delivery or if insurance was not purchased.
- Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
